Welcome to a cosmopolitan haven for connoisseurs and refined all-day dining that moves with the day’s moods and vibes. Al fresco breakfasts at Cosmo are a Phuket institution, from the world’s best Eggs Benedict to sausages, charcuterie, smoked fish, cheeses, probiotic yoghurt and French butter bakery, all home-made in our kitchen. A cooked-to-order egg station, of course. And we take coffee seriously, with two styles of roasts and three cold press drip coffee selections.

Later in the day, we segue. Select from Thai classics done correctly, with the finest produce and herbs and vegetables from our private garden, or the best of bistro, like our signature Nordic Salmon Rockefeller. Crisp organic salads. Spaghetti Carbonara made the right way. Did we mention our signature homemade peanut butter cups? Or the legendary Spaghetti ice cream?

Did we mention The Nai Harn is exceptionally proud of its Eggs Benedict? Fun fact: When our team travels, they never order this dish anywhere else. From the summit, there’s nowhere but down. Breakfast is served.
