Our farm to fork ethos extends from our own gardens to the local fishing fleet and further afield. Organic Port Philip mussels from Australia, along with grass-fed Rangers Valley beef, twice voted the world’s finest. Lobsters, both local and Boston. Three types of oysters from our French connection, flown in fresh three times a week. Prawns, squid, seabass, snapper and grouper all locally caught and sourced twice a day. And signature wood-fired pizzas made to exacting Neopolitan style.
Wines? Fine. If you’re thinking pink, we have a superb selection of world class Rosés. Wines by the glass poured from impressive magnum sizes.
